Education and experience

1992 graduated Music School #21 (the class of piano).
1994 Graduated with honor Naukova Zmina Scientific College (the Department of Philology and History).
1998 graduated Kiev Slavonic University and obtained Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management.
 In the same year started to work as an Assistant of PR-manager on ICTV-channel (Ukrainian-American TV channel, Kyiv, Ukraine).
2000 attended the courses of young film-directors in Lenkom Theatre (St. Petersburg, Russia)
2000 - 2001 Copywriter for FOLX Design Studio + (St. Petersburg).
PR-action for cosmetic brand "Arcadia" - "Something from Cells' Life" - art exhibition of young painters, - was awarded for original idea on 6th International Ad Fest "Dialog" (St. Petersburg).
2001 - 2003 Copywriter for Style-S Advertising Agency (Kyiv, Ukraine).
In 2003 video spot "Welcome" for Swiss Airlines was noted on IV-th International Advertising Festival in Kyiv.
2003 - PR-manager of Ukrainian Philharmonic Society.
She scripted Video clip which was successfully broadcasted on almost all Ukrainian TV-Channels.
2004 - PR-Manager on TET TV Channel.

During her studies she actively took part in different regional and cities' competitions on literature and history subjects.
Her poetic translations of Byron's poems and Shakespeare's sonnets won the competition and were included in a book of young poets - interpreters "Rose", which was published in 1996.

At the present time she is engaged in writing the lyrics and melodies to produce music album with Cherdak group and take part in activities (exhibitions and installations) of REP (Revolutionary Experimental Area) contemporary artist community on a base of CMA (Contemporary Art Center, Kyiv, Ukraine).

Project

 Producing animated 3D cartoon IN THE WORLD OF THINGS (Duration: 5 min.)

The idea to create an animated film was born in a process of recording the song with the same name. The song's lyrics is a kind of citing and interpretation of Buddhist mantras, translated in Ukrainian. Olena was always fascinated by the idea of transformation and circling of things in a nature, human history, cultures, and religions.

In the project, the following take part:

  • Maxim Lushpigan (composer, sound producer)
  • Yury Saliy (guitar, bass, vocal)
  • Andriy Kravchenko, Anton Shevchenko (3D artists, animators)
  • Konstantin Pirozhenko (film director, video design)
To successfully organize this production we need 3000 euro
