Competitions

2008Won a Caixa Galicia Foundation grant to produce the first solo album named Viaje por Kallaikía. Efraím has composed 4 of the 7 pieces of this album for solo percussion.
2004Selected to represent the Conservatorie of Music in Lugo in the Competition Certamen Intercentros.

  • Continue composing work and play concerts around the Northwest of Spain (Galicia).
  • Travel around Europe for more Master Classes. (hoping to meet with E. Kopeztky, Evelyn Glennie, Keiko Abe, Gert Mortensen, Gert Sorensen or Katarzyna Mycka).
  • Commission a work composed by the Galician composer Angel Castedo Corredoira, for percussion solo and band.
  • Play Ney Rosauro's Vibraphone and Orchestra concert with the Galician Chamber Orchestra. A recording is expected
  • Record a second solo percussion album, with own compositions”
